The ABSOLUT Radio Family is now represented nationwide in Germany with its six own stations ABSOLUT Hot, ABSOLUT Bella, ABSOLUT Relax, ABSOLUT Top, ABSOLUT Germany, and ABSOLUT Oldie Classics in the national DAB+ PROGRAM. On Top, there are also various Stream Exclusive formats.

The diverse ABSOLUT Radio portfolio has been available digitally on its own website and aggregators for some time now. Our task was to appropriately transfer this radio world into native mobile apps.
The solution is a mix of modern design, intuitive operation, and support for core functions. Branded in the brand world, the user has access to the complete content of the ABSOLUT universe. Of course, support for CarPlay and Android Auto should not be missing here either.
We have implemented the following for this:
UI & UX concept of the mobile apps: Development of a modern and intuitive design using Figma, providing users with optimal usability and an appealing appearance.
Development of the Android and iOS apps: Implementation of the mobile apps with Flutter to ensure consistent performance on both platforms and to efficiently handle future updates.
Integration of platform-specific features: Implementation of CarPlay and Android Auto to provide a seamless user experience even while driving.
Definition and integration of interfaces: Development of a modularly expandable app system that can be flexibly adapted to future requirements.
Performance optimization: Ensuring fast loading times, stable streams, and reliable functionality even with high usage frequency.
Testing and quality assurance: Conducting comprehensive tests to ensure that the apps function smoothly and meet the highest standards.
